I have a claim made against me at NCAT as this is where the client lives. My contrcat states the jurisdiction is SA. I told NCAT this but they are making me attend teh hearing still. I want some advice from a legal expert. It will be a 30 to 45 minute phone call. I can send you all the docs. There is a contract and ncat letter. The short story of it is that the clinet signed up to a 6 month contract and caancelled his card within our system after 3 months because he closed his business. He didnt ask fr a refund at that time as he ws aware he was cancelling early. I explained it ws a 6 month contract and he then demanded a refund and now has taken it to NCAT
