I am needing assistance from a trained family lawyer specialist to draft a quick but concise afferdavid that I must submit to the court within the next 3 days. I have a hearing on the 11th for judicial settlement conference . And I have put in a notice of ceasing to act from my lawyer, I didn’t know wether I should have done this . But there were concerns I had as to wether my lawyer could continue representing me These included… 1. Siding with the other party 2. Refusing my instruction 3. Not taking my concerns seriously or rebutting the other parties claims which have made there points seem valid and true before the court 4. And poor handling of my case which includes last minute delivering of information, not clarifying and expecting me to know things. With all this in mind I now need to write to the courts seeking an adjournment for the conference as I do not have representation. I am in the process of obtaining new legal counsel that is aboriginal representation And taken steps to do soz But cannot confirm they will act for me on the 11th December I have previously asked my lawyer to put in an adjournment on my behalf seeking new rep and they have not done so My matter has been on the courts since April 2024 So I don’t know how the process is or what decision would be made But I feel this necessary to proceed As again in the recon months since the last major hearing on the 3rd July My lawyer has failed to explain things to me, delivered information last minute and expected me to prepare with little time. Like for example only sending me relevant documents in the last week and half and having the important conversations about the process several days before the hearing. Instead rebutting argument siding with the other party and even in emails accusing me without clearifying I need to pop this all into an afferdavid and I beleive this has predjuced my case and caused further harm to it

I agreed and paid for updated documents. They never signed them, then stopped communicating completely. No updates, no further requests, no transparency. The agreement has been breached and I now want my funds returned. Amount to recover: • $190,000 deposit • $33,000 paid • Interest + damages where appropriate Total: $223,000+ What I need: • Review the agreement and communications • Formal demand issued • Strategy (stat demand, negotiation or litigation) • Ongoing pressure to bring them to the table • Aim for a quick commercial settlement (I’m open to taking less for speed) Payment: My upfront budget is $400–$500. I’m offering a success-based uplift (5%) on recovery, structured in line with legal requirements. Who this suits: A strong negotiator, commercially minded, firm, strategic and able to move fast. I have the signed agreement, emails and proof of payments ready. I want to begin immediately.
