We need an experienced landscape designer to prepare a clear, practical and easy-to-follow landscape plan for a residential property. The purpose of the plan is so we can engage different contractors to complete parts of the work, such as landscaping, paving, fencing, planting, irrigation, drainage and any other required items. The plan needs to be simple enough for us to understand, but detailed enough for trades to quote from and follow. We would like the plan to cover the front yard, rear yard, side areas, access points, planting, lawn areas, garden beds, trees, screening, pathways, paving, drainage, retaining walls if required, fencing, lighting, irrigation, materials and a suggested order of works. We do not need an overly complicated architectural document. We need a practical plan that clearly shows what needs to be done, what each contractor should quote on, and how the work can be completed in stages. Please include your experience, examples of previous landscape plans, whether you attend site in person, what is included in your service, estimated timeframe and final file formats provided.
