I am uploading a database of 11 000 contacts. Each contact needs to be tagged with specific info (their position, state, entry channel and service group) I have a spreadsheet with all this information and a column for the correct and relevant tags. The tags are set up in mailchimp. However whenever I try to upload the database and tag during the upload process it isn’t working.
