Please ignore my budget and provide your best offer that includes all expenses and airtasker fees. Let me know when you can start (the earlier the better for me), how many painters would be involved and the number of consecutive weeks required to complete the task. I would also need to know what insurance you have for doing this task. Currently house is vacant with majority of furniture been removed. I need the whole interior house painted excluding the downstairs wet/laundry area, storage and bathroom. Will be uploading photos of the areas of the house later on if required but most of the current surface condition: average with minor holes/cracks and patching. Please see attached floor plan to get an area of internal rooms size. Scope of works: * Preparation: fill holes and gap fill with flexible filler if necessary. Sand and seal patches with undercoat sealer if necessary for all interior areas of the house including but not limited to doors, ceiling, window/door frames, walls, cornices and skirting boards. * Repair any flaking ceiling through out the house. * Paint kitchen pantry, cupboards, cupboard/pantry doors, * Sand and apply three coats over the suede feature wall in the living room. * Apply two coats to all internal walls, window frames, ceiling, cornices and skirting boards. * Paint studio downstairs, 3x bare plaster walls on the top of the spiral stair case. * Wash and apply oil decking the the deck area. * Prepare and paint 2x coats for front door and front door frame. * Prepare and paint external handrails leading to front entrance door. I will let you know the paint colours when we catch up. Thank you for considering this task.
