The job is at first floor level inside and exterior will need to be accessed. The weather has got into the frame and swollen the steel and a couple of spots, I think the glass has to be removed but they're only small panes of about 1 m meter. We are having scaffolding erected at the front of the house soon to complete another job so hopefully you can use that to access the exterior.

Ceiling and walls ENSUITE mostly tiled and is approx 3.5m x 4m. Ceiling also to paint. POWDER ROOM Appox 3mx2m Ceiling to paint (Measurements possibly over estimated) What’s required: • Surface preparation (light sanding, cleaning if needed) • Applying undercoat/primer (if necessary) • Two coats of moisture-resistant bathroom paint (will be provided) • Neat edging around fixtures, tiles, and ceiling • Clean and tidy finish You’ll need to bring: • All painting tools and drop sheets • Your own brushes/rollers I will provide: • Paint • Ladder Looking for: • Good attention to detail • Experience with bathroom or interior painting • Someone punctual, tidy, and professional Please let me know your availability and a couple of examples of previous work if you have them.
