Looking for 2 experienced painters to help paint the exterior of my single-storey brick house. The job will require spray painting using an airless sprayer suitable for masonry/brick surfaces, so experience with this type of work is important. Scope of work: • preparation and masking of windows, doors and surfaces • spray painting exterior brick walls • clean up after completion The exterior area is approximately 300m². I will supply all paint and materials, so this is mainly labour only. Painters will need to bring their own airless spray equipment and tools. Happy to arrange a quick site visit to confirm the scope and quote properly. Ideally looking to complete the job within the next 1–2 weeks. If the work goes well, there may be additional painting work inside the house.

Sanding all house timbers, doors and architraves. Preparing to paint house inside only. Both exit and entry doors, they are not hard to do, they flat with glass panel each, and 5 other doors = 7 doors. The internal doors a basic flat timber, 5 internal doors can be taken off and done outside on a table. I have all the tools and sandpaper. Battery tools and electric. All window sills and architraves. Each room has a window, there are 8 windows, the timbers need sanding. Floor architraves/ skirting to be taken off, ill do that later as new floating floorboards to be installed later. Doing preperation only for this job, to start. Job to be done in 2 or 3 weeks away. Job to be done on a friday sat and sunday. 2 or 3 days work. So 2 or 3 days prep. Then i may post job to do painting, to help with painting, after this job. I have paint and all tools for paint job, but paint job will be seperate as mentioned. Im on pension, so im looking for a bit of discounted price. Also its standard older 3 bedroom house, nothing hard, pretty much everything flat. Single story. Im looking for local worker, not to far for you to reduce fuel bill and travel time, so no one toooo farrr. I will be working with you, so ill do some as well and assist you with stuff needed. Ill supply lunch, and bottles of water and cans of soft drink to drink. So 2 days i think, maybe a 3rd day, short day. So i am emptying house over next couple weeks, house will be empty. So 2nd or 3rd weekend away from today. So the job is house paint preperation, then ill do flooring then do pain job. If you do well with me, i may do full house undercoat job before laying the floor, and final coat after flooring done, so plenty of room for chance for more work. I would like to try stick to one person for whole job, and if so i may be flexible on working days to get job done quicker. If we go well doing preperation, ill extend a couple days for the undercoating work to be tagged on, with pay negotiated as well.
