These don't need to be council-ready or permit-grade — we just need clear, well-thought-out concepts to guide our vision and help us make informed decisions before we move into the formal design and approval stage. What We Need Help With Interior Renovations: Kitchen redesign — layout options, flow improvements, and general aesthetic direction Living area — ideas for space optimisation, layout reconfiguration, and overall feel Extensions: Designed using several 40ft high cube shipping containers. Please confirm you can work with this. Breezeway entrance extension — concept design for a welcoming, functional entry Double-storey master bedroom addition — high-level floor plan and elevation concepts, including bedroom, ensuite, and any ancillary spaces What We're Looking For Sketches, hand-drawn concepts, CAD drawings, 3D renders, or mood boards — we're open to your preferred format Practical ideas that balance aesthetics with liveability Someone who can listen to our brief and translate it into clear visual concepts Good communication and ability to explain design choices What You'll Need Experience in residential design, architecture, drafting, or interior design Deliverables A set of high-level concept drawings/plans covering all four areas listed above. Not required to be final, engineered, or permit-ready. Rate assigned to task is hourly rate of payment for service

I posted this last week but had to cancel as client made some amendments. Please offer only if you have experience and can produce renderings, elevation drawings in PDF as well as CNC ready files.
