I need a competent architectural drafter or building designer to convert my house sketches current state and proposed state, and existing DWG land survey onto an AutoCAD file. Location: Remote (no site visit required). I will provide upon acceptance: – Sketches (existing + proposed) – Re‑establishment survey – Land survey .DWG - Layout and materials for exterior. Deliverables: – Existing + proposed plans drafted in AutoCAD – 4 elevations – Shadow diagrams for 22 September (9am–3pm, on hourly) – Clause 55 + Clause 52 compliance - must have experience / understanding of the Victorian planning requirements on drawings; and Write up compliance points separately. Note a full report is outside scope. – Final DWG + PDF files. Terms of ownership- I request full ownership. Pay on final deliverables.

I’m a draftsman based on the Gold Coast looking to collaborate with a QBCC licensed building designer. I have strong experience in AutoCAD and also work with Archicad and Revit. I can prepare house plans, elevations, sections, and basic 3D models. I’m also currently learning Microvellum. Looking for an interior stylist/designer to help plan and visualise a new off-the-plan apartment (~150sqm, 4 bedrooms). Key Constraints: - Property is off-the-plan with fixed finishes/colour schemes (so limited ability to change some aspects) - May need to work from developer renders (no physical samples yet) - I can provide general thoughts on furniture ideas, preferences, and constraints upfront Scope (Priority Order): 1. Looking for an architect or experienced building designer to refine the exterior of our single-storey brick home on a corner block. This is a design-only brief focused on achieving a modern coastal/Scandinavian look through minimal intervention (removing and simplifying, not rebuilding). Scope: - Front + side elevation concept (corner-facing) - Fence design (front + side) that complements the facade while maintaining openness - Clear direction on what to remove, simplify, retain, and enhance - Material and colour specification, including: Brick finish (bagging + limewash) Roof colour Gutters, trims, downpipes Any feature elements (e.g. lighting, timber battens, garage door) Key requirement: Strong understanding of real-world colour and material application (e.g. how roof colours read in sunlight, undertones, longevity, compatibility with limewash, timber weathering, etc). Deliverables: - 1–2 refined facade concepts - Material + colour palette - Annotated elevation or simple 3D visual Important: We want the biggest visual impact with the least amount of change.
