My landlady intends to do an inspection of lower half of the house including the room I need to vacate on the 5th of May but she is returning on the 3rd of May (Saturday) to Australia and I'm hoping to get everything quickly done with minimal complaints and not breaking my bank. Primarily my bedroom needs to be vacuumed and mopped after things get taken by the removalist I'm also intending to hire via Airtasker. Though these photos and the messy areas they contain will be taken care of by me to some extent, primarily they are to illustrate the key focuses of areas in need of cleaning. You will need to organise delivery and removal of Skip bins, you will need PPE (hazmat suits, respirators) this is a 3bedroom house, with 1 bathroom, seperate toilet, kitchen and lounge room. All that is needed is all of the contents of the house to be removed, cleaning, mould removal and airfogging will be done at a later date. Ongoing Housekeeper Wanted – Cleaning, Laundry, Light Cooking & Errands Looking for a reliable and proactive housekeeper for ongoing weekly help in Burleigh Heads. This is a long-term role for someone with good attention to detail who takes pride in their work. We’re a couple living in a three bedroom apartment near North Burleigh beach. We work from home and would appreciate the help in keeping our home running smoothly. We eat well and would love someone who enjoys cooking healthy meals (and who can do it well). Tasks include: • General house cleaning (vacuuming, bathrooms, windows, dusting, etc.) • Laundry (washing, folding, putting away, changing sheets) • Light cooking or meal prep (basic, healthy meals) • Occasional errands (e.g. groceries, dry cleaning) Trial Job (via Airtasker): • 3 hours • Budget: $120 for the session After a successful trial, I’d like to engage you directly and ongoing at a mutually agreed rate.
