A basic / standard house clean. The house is already tidy. We clean it each week, just a bit short on time this week. Common areas only. Please DO NOT enter the bedrooms upstairs. Do not clean them. Sink, surfaces, clean the stove stop, wipe down the front of the fridge, please pay special attention to deep clean/properly clean the dishes drying rack so that it is fresh. Clean the common areas. Looking for someone reliable to do a weekly clean and tidy of our 3-bed/2-bath house. - Bedrooms vacuumed and tidied, beds simply made (nothing fiddly) - 2x bathrooms, thoroughly cleaned and mopped - Kitchen cleaned (benches, sinks, stovetop, dishwasher emptied if needed, microwave wiped) - Wooden floors in kitchen/living area swept and mopped - Living area rug vacuumed, couch pillows tidied - Take rubbish/recycling out if needed NB: We did have a cleaner before and this would take her about 2-2.5hrs each week on her own. We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner for our 2-bedroom apartment in Southport. We normally have a regular cleaner, however they are currently busy with commercial contracts, so we’re looking for someone reliable to step in. Scope of work includes cleaning the entire apartment and includes but not limited to: • Cleaning 2 bathrooms (thorough clean of toilets, showers, screens, tiles, basins and mirrors) • General kitchen clean (benchtops, cooktop, oven, microwave, sink, splashback, exterior of appliances) • Vacuuming throughout • Mopping all hard floors • Balcony sweep and mop • Dusting and proper surface clean • General tidy up of apartment including bedrooms and living area etc For reference, our usual cleaner takes: • Approximately 3 hours when working alone, or • Around 1.5 hours when there are two cleaners. We are looking for a proper, detailed clean — not a quick superficial wipe and dust. We’ve previously engaged cleaners who rushed through the job and did not meet expectations, and we are not interested in that standard.
