Screen Door Lock Repair – Lounge Area. Lock not engaging properly 2. Fix Office Chairs (2 chairs, 2 offices). Chairs assembled incorrectly 3. Realign Cupboard Handles for one set of cupboards. 4. Reinstall Door Handles: 4 bedroom doors requiring handles to be reinstalled correctly after painting. 5. Door Stops / Door Stands: installing penciled. 5. Install tv to wall 🧰 Requirements • Own tools • Experience with residential handyman/carpentry style work • Good attention to detail and finish quality • Ability to troubleshoot minor install issues • Clean and tidy workmanship 💬 Potential Additional Work (Depending on Quality & Fit) We have several upcoming projects and would ideally like to find someone we can continue working with long term: • Install timber shelving in laundry • Assist with installation of a built-in bar • Install VJ panelling and kitchen kickbacks

Location: Pinbarren (5 mins north of Pomona). Need someone with a variety of general handyman skills, good attention to detail, careful, reliable, cleans up after themselves, good communication. Bring own power drill, screwdrivers, chisel etc as needed - see tasks below: - replace window locks x3 - standard sliding windows (new locks supplied). - replace magnetic door stops (x5) - door stops supplied - replace internal door handles (x8) - handles and hardware supplied - wash down (sugar soap), repaint 2 walls with 1 coat of paint (hallway). Sugar soap, paint supplied (we also have paint rollers, tray) - touch-up paint (door frames, wall corners where chipped). Paint supplied. Supply own ladder/other equipment if needed. - repair/replace grout between a few floor tiles (hallway, lounge room) See pics attached
