I need the gaps above four internal door frames closed. The gaps vary in height but are relatively small. Photos show the four openings. **Work required:** * Install simple timber or metal framing/support inside each gap * Cut and screw ordinary plasterboard over the gaps on both sides of each wall * Cut the plasterboard neatly so the openings are completely closed * Supply all materials, fixings and tools * Remove any waste after completing the job No plaster setting, sanding or painting is required. The walls will eventually be removed, so I only need a basic, secure closure—not a professional cosmetic finish. Please quote for completing all four doors, including labour and materials. Please only make an offer if you have experience with basic framing and plasterboard installation.

Looking for someone experienced with suspended/drop ceilings to repair the ceiling in our office/studio. The job involves: Inspecting the existing suspended ceiling/grid Repairing or replacing any damaged sections of the metal grid/framework as required Replacing and installing ceiling tiles Making sure everything is level, secure and neatly finished The existing ceiling is already in place — this is not a completely new ceiling installation, just repairs/replacement to get it back into good condition. I’m seeking a quote only (not booking the work at this stage) for a wardrobe at a previous rental property in Edensor Park. The real estate has quoted $400 for: • Supplying and installing rollers/wheels for the sliding wardrobe door • Adjusting the sliding door • Supplying and installing the hanging rod and brackets/clips inside the wardrobe I have already moved out and no longer have the keys or access to the property, so unfortunately I cannot provide photos. The photos in the real estate’s outgoing condition report are not clear enough to properly assess the work. If an inspection is required to provide an accurate quote, the real estate agent has the keys and can arrange access directly. Please provide an itemised quote separating the cost of parts and labour where possible.

Hi Virgile, I've got two frameless glass shower doors that both need removing and re-hanging. They were installed on two hinges each and are under-supported — they each need a third. Both panels are roughly 2.2m high x 0.7m wide, 10mm toughened glass, so around 38kg each. This will be a two-stage job. The replacement hinges are being custom-made by Faucet Strommen, so there's a lead time before they arrive. I'd like both doors taken off now so they're safe in the meantime, then refitted with all three hinges each once the new hardware comes in — likely a few weeks later. A few things so you can quote accurately: - Two doors, same size - I'm supplying the hinges (three per door), so it's labour only - Stage 1 now: remove and safely store both doors. Stage 2 later: refit once hinges arrive - They're heavy panels — how do you handle the two-person lift on something this size? - Can you confirm you're insured for the work? - Each door needs to hang plumb and not drop once refitted Happy for you to quote the two stages separately if that's easier. Change opening direction of existing door – Photo 2 The existing door currently opens from left to right. I would like it changed so that it opens from right to left. Reposition hinges to the opposite side Reposition/adjust the lock and strike plate as required Make good the old hinge/lock locations Reuse the existing door if possible Please provide a quote for labour and materials, and let me know if you can supply the new door, frame and lock.
