Job Details & Requirements Main Door Replacement: Action: Remove and dispose of the existing main balcony door (frosted glass panel). New Door Required: Supply and install a new, standard, solid-panel hinged door (i.e., no glass panel). Inclusions: The price must include new standard hinges and a basic door handle/latch set. Approximate Size: 2020mm (Height) x 820mm (Width). Please confirm measurements on-site. Flyscreen Door Assessment & Reinstallation: Current Status: The existing hinged security flyscreen door may be reusable, but it appears to have been installed backwards (opening incorrectly). Action Required: Please assess the existing flyscreen door. If it is in good condition, re-install it correctly. If not reusable: Please provide a separate quote for the supply and installation of a new standard hinged flyscreen door. ♻️ Disposal Options Please provide two quotes for the labour/installation component: Quote A: Includes removal and disposal of the old main balcony door. Title: Raise Laundry Tap Outlets (Gyprock Wall) + Remove Wall Dryer – Wentworth Point Details: Hi, we are installing a washer/dryer tower in the laundry. The existing wall-mounted dryer needs to be taken down and not re-installed, as the tower will replace it. The current hot/cold tap outlets are ~110cm high and will be blocked by the tower. We need the outlets raised vertically on the same wall by approx. 35–45cm, so they sit just above the top of the tower (~150cm) and remain side-accessible. Wall type: Gyprock (hollow wall), easy access to pipework. Cabinet and sink must remain in place — no cabinet removal. Scope Required: • Remove wall-mounted dryer (no re-mount required) • Small local gyprock cut to access pipework • Raise hot/cold outlets vertically on same wall • Extend pipework if required • Patch gyprock neatly (no full sheet replacement) • Touch-up / tidy paint finish • Test for leaks • We can supply a longer braided inlet hose if needed Not required: ✘ Relocating plumbing to another wall ✘ Full wall sheet replacement ✘ Cabinet removal ✘ Dryer re-installation / new bracket install Location: Wentworth Point (2127) Lift & parking available.
