Hi, I need an experienced technician for complete service on two electric gates, including adjustments and new remotes. Please provide a total all-inclusive quote – I want to avoid any hidden charges. Scope includes: 1. Front Sliding Gate: Gate reverses before fully closing. Needs inspection and adjustment (possibly limit switch or force setting). 2. Garage Roller Door (Gliderol): Hits the ground when closing or remains slightly open. Needs accurate limit setting adjustment. 3. Remote Control Replacement (Both Gates): Current remotes are very old. Please supply and configure two new remotes (1 for each gate). Important: Please quote the total cost including labour, parts, new remotes, and configuration. No unexpected add-ons after inspection, unless clearly discussed and approved. Price is for labour only. We would pay for materials as well. I need a professional to help me install a small wooden ledge on top of our crown moulding or in place of so that we can install an LED strip hidden by it. The reason is our lounge room doesn’t get much natural light and we want an LED strip on a timer to shine on the ceiling to create a natural glow throughout daylight hours. I have included some example photos of what we are looking for as well as a couple of pictures of the crown moulding that we currently have.
