1-Bedroom Apartment Move – Windsor to Balwyn North I’m looking for reliable movers to help move the contents of our 1-bedroom apartment from Windsor to Balwyn North on Tuesday, 6 October. The time is flexible. 📍 Pick-up: 270 High Street, Windsor VIC 📍 Drop-off: 59/Bulleen Road, Balwyn North VIC Pick-up access * Apartment building with lift access * Street parking only * I’ve seen professional movers move from this building before, so access should be manageable Drop-off access * Townhouse * Convenient parking available Items to move * 431L single-door fridge * Washing machine * Dryer * IKEA FRIHETEN sofa * IKEA MALM king-size bed + mattress * Dining table – 140 × 78 cm * Dining table – 110 × 67 cm * Office chair * 1 dining chair * 2 stools * TV unit – 120 × 35 × 36 cm * Storage shelf – 89 × 50 × 179 cm * 2 small bedside tables * Approximately 6–7 boxes * Personal belongings/luggage for 2 people Disassembly / assembly The IKEA MALM king-size bed and FRIHETEN sofa may need to be disassembled and reassembled. We’ll try to disassemble them ourselves before the move, but if we’re unable to, we may need help from the movers on the day. The washing machine and dryer just need to be safely disconnected and moved — no disassembly required. Most other furniture is relatively small and should not require disassembly. Nothing is over 100 kg, but the fridge, washing machine and dryer will need to be handled carefully. Please provide your best quote and let me know: * How many movers are included * What size truck/vehicle you would use * Whether disassembly/reassembly is included * Whether there are any additional fees for lift access, travel or other charges Happy to provide photos if needed. Thanks!
