I’m looking for an experienced builder / carpenter / handyman to inspect and add proper support underneath a sinking floor section. Details: • This is inside a commercial shop / kitchen area • The floor has noticeable sinking/uneven movement • Likely caused by insufficient subfloor support • Access is available from underneath / subfloor area • I need additional supports installed (eg. timber or steel bearers, posts, packers, levelling where required) What I need: • Inspect the affected area • Recommend the best way to stabilise and support the floor • Supply and install supports to stop further sinking • Ensure the floor is safe and level (as much as reasonably possible) Important: • This is a repair + structural support job, not just cosmetic • Experience with subfloor / floor support work is essential • Must comply with basic building standards (no dodgy quick fixes) Please include in your offer: • Your experience with similar jobs • Whether you can supply materials • Approximate time required • Availability Happy to provide more photos or access for inspection if needed.
