I would like to remove the old hinge, as the gate can not be open freely without pulling the gate upwards. I would like to install two new hinges, to fix this problem. Thanks.

Looking for someone experienced with automatic gate installations to install a basic remote-controlled opener on my existing double swing Colorbond-style gates at the entrance to my carport. The gates open outwards onto my driveway. They're relatively large and lightweight, with a bit of flex/wobble, so I'm unsure whether they need some reinforcement before fitting motors. I'm just after a cheap and practical setup for convenience, not security. Would appreciate quotes for both options: 1. Labour-only installation if I purchase a suitable DIY motor kit myself. 2. Supply and installation of a suitable motor kit. Ideally looking to retain the existing gates, with minor reinforcement if needed. Happy for someone to inspect and advise on suitability.

I’m looking for an experienced fencer to complete approximately 11 lineal metres of fencing at my property. Scope of Works: * Install a 2.1m high Colorbond fence using the Metzag profile in Surfmist. * Construct a retaining wall beneath the fence using four 50mm thick timber sleepers. * Secure the sleepers using galvanised steel retaining wall posts/beams as required. * Install the Colorbond sheets, posts, rails and all necessary fixings to complete the fence professionally. Materials: I already have 6 sheets of Surfmist Metzag Colorbond fencing on site, which are to be used for the job. Please specify in your offer whether you can supply the remaining materials, including posts, rails, sleepers, galvanised steel beams and fixings. Additional Information: * Total fence length: approximately 11 lineal metres. * Fence height: 2.1m. * Good site access. * This is a partially outstanding job. The original fencer was contracted to complete the work but has had to relocate to Victoria, so I’m looking for someone to take over and finish it off. I’m after someone experienced, reliable and able to complete the job to a good standard, with the work properly aligned, secured and finished. Please provide your quote, including labour and any materials you will need to supply, and advise your availability to complete the work.

I need to replace fence I've attached a bunch of pictures with measurements. I want colourbond replacement 1.8m high for all fences. I am considering two options. Option 1: Just a replacement of existing fences and adding gates. (Fence length = 19m shared boundary + 5m = 24m total, 3 gates) Option 2: Extends the fence to the road and adds gates (Fence length = 19m shared boundary + 19m = 38m total fence length, 3 gates) Please offer quotes for the costs involved if demolishing the old fence is included and also quotes without the demolishment (I may be able to do this myself). So I would like 6 quotes: 1. Shared boundary fence with demolishing included 2. Shared boundary fence with demolishing not included 3. The rest of option 1 (excluding shared boundary) with demolishing included 4. The rest of option 1 (excluding shared boundary) with demolishing excluded 5. The rest of option 2 (excluding shared boundary) with demolishing included 6. The rest of option 2 (excluding shared boundary) with demolishing excluded I will not pay you to come out and have a look at the fence to give me a quote (without a fairly accurate ballpark figure being given first). If further information is needed before an estimate is given please let me know and I can try to provide it. Please provide information regarding your fencing company as well, like how many years you've been in operation, any websites/reviews etc. Video link of the fence: https://streamable.com/nppld3 NOTE: I already have quotes of around $6k for the 24m fence and 8k for the 38m one which included demolition, removal of old fences and the three gates. Offers above these amounts will be ignored
