I’m looking for a content creator / Meta Ads specialist to work with me on growing our Instagram and Facebook following and, most importantly, turning followers into online sales. • Content creation: Reels, photos and stories (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes at markets) • A monthly content plan and posting schedule for Instagram and Facebook • A Meta Ads funnel: awareness → engagement/retargeting → purchase • Check and fix the Meta Pixel / Conversions API connection on Shopify • A simple monthly report: reach, follower growth, ad spend, sales, ROAS About you: • Proven experience with e-commerce or Shopify brands (fashion/apparel is a bonus) • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, including retargeting and catalogue ads • Able to shoot and edit short-form video • Sydney-based preferred (for occasional shoots at markets) • Organic growth only: no bought followers or fake engagement How we’ll start: A paid 4-week trial with clear goals. If it goes well, I’d like to move to an ongoing monthly arrangement. In your offer, please include: 1. Examples of past work (accounts or ads you’ve managed) 2. Real results (e.g. ROAS, sales, follower growth) 3. What you’d deliver in the first 4 weeks 4. Your monthly rate going forward Ad spend will be paid separately by me through my own ad account.
