Event Photographer Needed – Family 90th Birthday (Sydney Botanic Gardens) We’re looking for a friendly, reliable photographer to capture a special family celebration. Event Details • Date: Sunday 6 December • Time: 11:00am – 3:00pm (4 hours) • Location: Lion Gate Lodge, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney • Parking: Can be arranged if required About the Event This is a relaxed and joyful 90th birthday celebration for a much-loved aunt, with a botanical theme and a fun Hawaiian shirt competition. Photography Requirements We’re after a mix of posed and candid photography, including: • One full group photo (all guests) • Smaller group shots (family, friends, with the birthday aunt) • Candid moments throughout the event • Key moments: speeches, Hawaiian shirt competition, cake cutting • Detail shots (cake, setting, décor) • Individual and ad hoc requests on the day Style • Natural, warm, and candid style preferred • Ability to gently direct groups for organised shots Deliverables • Light post-production/editing (colour correction, basic retouching) • High-resolution digital images supplied (via download link or USB) • Suitable for printing/photo book creation Budget • $500 total Ideal Photographer • Experience with family events or small functions • Easygoing, personable, and good with older guests • Able to work efficiently within a 4-hour window Please include: • A link to your portfolio or sample work • Confirmation of availability • What equipment you’ll be using
