3hrs of basic cleaning services required for a small 1 bedroom apartment. I've had some family emergencies and am a bit behind on what I usually do every month or so, for the bigger cleaning jobs around the apartment. Deep Clean bathroom (just a Shower, toilet, basin - a small bathroom). Dust and vacuum general areas and bedroom. Mop tiles through general area and balcony. Wipe down surfaces, mirrors and glass balcony doors and spot clean walls. My previous cleaner who would come every 2-3 months has now changed professions, but these things above are usually achievable within 3 hrs based on many years of services with my previous cleaner.

Second Floor – Study, Bedroom & Bathroom - Vacuum and mop floors as appropriate, including under the bed. - Dust and wipe down furniture and surfaces. - Deep clean the bathroom, including shower, glass screens, tiles and grout. - Scrub and sanitise toilet, bathtub, basin and taps. - Clean mirrors, cabinets and shampoo/soap areas. - No need to organise clothes on the bed. Third Floor – Kitchenette - Clean kitchenette surfaces, sink, splashback and cabinet exteriors. - Vacuum and mop floors in the kitchenette and common areas. - No cleaning required in the third-floor bedroom. Throughout the House - Dust skirting boards, window sills and stair railings. - Wipe mirrors and fingerprints from interior glass. - Empty bins and wipe them down as needed. - Leave common areas tidy and fresh.
