I have an existing house plan of my house with measurements. I would like to extend the two garages forward, create a storeroom to the side/back of garage extension, a passage way along side storeroom for rear access, behind storeroom a gym room with high ceilings then a bathroom at the end. The extension gym room, the existing rear garage and the existing house would create a new alfresco area that would require a roof. Plans would need to be accurate for submitting to shire for approval and build use.
