Need a CDC feasibility assessment and concept refinement for a residential project in Ettalong Beach NSW. Project: * Existing concept for a new double-storey coastal style home * White weatherboard cladding with stone/marble features * Single garage * Self-contained granny flat at rear (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area) * Covered outdoor entertaining area connecting the main house and granny flat * Pool, decking area and sauna * Approximate block size between 530sqm and 580sqm * Frontage approximately 13m+ What I need: 1. Review my concept and determine whether it can be approved under CDC in NSW. 2. The customer has a XEN infrared sauna that need a hinge part swapped out. We have provided the part we just need a confident handy person or technician to attend the customer's home and assist with aligning and securing the hinges so the glass panels close correctly and flush. What's involved: Attending the customer's address (details provided upon acceptance) Assisting with the replacement of the new hinge part Ensuring the panels close flush with no gap No tools should be required beyond basic hand tools Important: Please handle with care. This is a glass sauna unit. The customer will be home and can assist where needed. This is an authorised service call on behalf of Vital+. If you have experience with sauna assembly, flat pack furniture, or glass panel fitting, that's a bonus, but any confident handy person should be able to manage this.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with house restumping/stump replacement to inspect and potentially replace 1–2 stumps under my house. There is some uneven flooring/slight movement in part of the home and I suspect one or two stumps may have shifted or deteriorated. I’d like: * inspection/assessment of the affected area * advice on whether levelling is needed * replacement or packing/adjustment of the problematic stumps if appropriate House is an older home in Melbourne with good accessible subfloor access.
