Looking for an experienced flooring installer to install engineered timber flooring in a small apartment (approx. 24m² total). Existing carpet and underlay will be removed and disposed of prior to installation. Subfloor is a concrete slab, which will be exposed before installation. The slab is expected to be ready for install, however if minor preparation or levelling is required, this can be assessed on site and agreed as an additional cost. Scope of work includes installation of engineered timber flooring (visible in the photos)in the living room and bedroom. The floor boards are to run lengthwise toward balcony (long direction of space), continuously between the rooms with no transition strip and in a straight lay pattern. Please ensure random staggered joints (no repeating patterns), maintaining appropriate expansion gaps and a clean finish. No scotia or skirting required. The sliding door visible in the photos will be removed prior to the works commencing. Materials (supplied): - Engineered timber flooring (already purchased), plank size: 1900mm x 190mm; 26sqm - Acoustic underlay (high-performance, apartment compliant) - Transition trims (for doorway and tiles) - If any other materials are required, I will be happy to provide them. Apartment is located on second floor with lift access. On- street parking only. Contractor details will be required for submission to Body Corporate prior to works commencing. Exact timing is flexible within a few days after 20 April. Looking for installer with experience in engineered timber flooring and ability to provide contractor details for Body Corporate approval. Photos of previous work will be much appreciated.

URGENT — Civil3D Cut & Fill Plan — Need within 1.5 hours I need an experienced Civil3D operator to produce a cut/fill volume calculation and plan for a commercial development site (~5,765m²) in Kiama NSW. I have two survey datasets: - EXISTING GROUND: Allen & Price survey (K124744-01) — current site levels (DWG/DXF) - TARGET SURFACE: Scarrat & Associates survey (Ref 21909) — the levels the site needs to return to (DWG/DXF) Scope: 1. Build TIN surfaces from both datasets within the lot boundary extents 2. Run cut/fill comparison: Allen Price (existing) vs Scarrat (target) 3. Produce colour-coded cut/fill plan (DWG + PDF) 4. Produce volume schedule — total cut, total fill, net volume by zone (I will mark up zones) 5. Summary table on the drawing All source files ready to send immediately.
