Objective: To transform a PDF resource into an engaging, interactive online tool that supports adults with disabilities in identifying and setting personal goals. Key Features Required: 1. Card Sorting Interface Convert each goal from the existing PDF into individual digital cards. Allow users to sort each card into "Yes" or "No" categories, ideally using a drag-and-drop interface (or an accessible alternative). Cards should have clear, legible text and be visually engaging (see the cards in the PDF if can be transferred to online version). 2. Selection of Top Goals After sorting, display only the “Yes” cards on screen. Prompt the user to select their top 4 goals from this list. This should be a simple selection process. 3. Review Screen Once 4 goals are selected, show a summary screen displaying the selected goals. This screen should be easy for a staff member to view alongside the user. Optional: Include a space for staff notes or follow-up questions based on the selected goals. 4. Administrative Functionality Provide an admin interface where cards can be: - Added - Removed - Edited (both the content and perhaps simple visuals/icons) This will allow ongoing customization of the tool without needing developer intervention. 5. Accessibility & Engagement Ensure the tool is: - Accessible to users with various cognitive or physical disabilities. - Fun and interactive, with clear feedback when users take action (e.g. sorting or selecting cards).
