We are looking for an experienced customer service person with good technical knowledge of swimming pools, pool equipment and pool maintenance to help support our customers by phone and online chat. The role will involve answering customer questions about pool products and equipment, helping customers choose the right product, providing basic troubleshooting advice and assisting with general sales enquiries. Knowledge of products such as robotic pool cleaners, chlorinators, pumps, filters, heat pumps and pool chemicals would be highly regarded. You should be comfortable: • Answering incoming customer calls and website chats • Explaining pool equipment in simple terms • Recommending suitable products based on the customer's pool and requirements • Helping troubleshoot common pool equipment issues • Assisting customers with product, delivery and order questions • Identifying when a technical question needs to be escalated • Providing friendly, professional customer service This is for an established Sydney pool servicing and online pool equipment business. We are looking for someone reliable who can learn our product range and potentially assist on an ongoing basis.
