I need someone to make a mobile app based on an existing web app. The design is done, all work flows, styles, buttons, content is there and can be copied as is. The mobile view of the app already mimics a mobile app so pretty much needs to copy it and make a mobile app to work on Android and iOS. Backend is supabase postgreSQL with edge functions. Frontend React + Tailwind CSS, Rest APIs (fu documentation provided), all APIs and webhooks are set up, currently in testing and need to get a ballpark figure.

The basics have been done it just needs polishing so it looks as good as it can. Note Atlas ai allows custom css for changes if you know how to code on that specific theme.

I need a Shopify developer experienced with the Refresh theme to create a mobile-only banner section for my store. Requirements: A banner that only shows on mobile and is hidden on desktop. The banner should allow me to upload an image (1080 x 1350px) in the Shopify editor. Should be editable via the theme customizer (heading/subheading optional). Must not break existing desktop banners or layout. Ideally includes any necessary CSS to ensure proper display on mobile.
