I have an email account under Outlook/Microsoft which says "Too Many Attempts" when I go to login in terms of password attempts/reset requests. Thing is, I didn't do this and have been advised that hackers have contributed to this. I can't get access to anyone online at Microsoft to actually talk to someone so reaching out here.

Hi I’m having trouble finding a decent mobile repairer and all I need is to access my damaged iPhone to back up my data in there. Because the frame is loose the phone doesn’t turn unless being in charge for long periods of time and even then only stays on for a minute.

Hi there, I have some MP4 video files that appear to be corrupted . they are missing the moov atom, which means they won’t play or open in typical players or editors. I followed up with the person who filmed the footage and got some more details that might help: • The camera used was a Sony A6400 • Videos were recorded directly onto a Micro SD card (the SD card brand is: ONLY Accessories, 64GB, Class 10) • The files were transferred to the PC via the original Sony USB cable, without any interruptions or apparent issues • No encryption or recovery software was used — it was a straight transfer from the card to the PC • He suspects the issue came from the SD card itself, which was a new brand he had never used before. I’m looking for someone with experience in video file repair or data recovery to try and fix them. I can no longer open my Outlook email account. I was able to reset my password, but the account still would not open. It's blocked on both my phone and laptop. I've gone through all the Microsoft info on the net, and it is just taking me around in circles. I've tried to open other Outlook addresses on my laptop and phone, and they are also blocked.
