I own a gym in Albion. It requires a vacuum, mop, dust and bathrooms (4 toilets, 4 showers) to be done Twice a week. We have most equipment/supplies. This can be done at almost any time of day/night and on ANY 2 days including weekends. At the moment we are cleaning every Monday and Thursday evening. We are very flexible with days and times, just want consistent quality work and attention to detail. This would work out at 2 days of roughly 3 hours .

The job is to clean Airbnb apartments. (Preferred PINOY cleaners but not required) Normally, this job requires a lot of attention to detail, because we are rated by guests after every single clean. The apartments must always be left at a 5 star standard, as our ability to keep working depends on these reviews. We are a small company that is just starting, so shifts are sporadic. We are looking for people who have experience or who learn quickly, but most importantly, who are very detail oriented and fast. The cleanings, or missions, include: Bathroom Cleaning the shower, toilet, sink, glass and mirrors, removing rubbish and replacing bags, vacuuming and mopping. Bedrooms Changing bed linen, cleaning surfaces, mirrors, window edges, etc. Kitchen Cleaning surfaces, checking that drawers are clean and organised, washing dishes (usually done in the dishwasher), cleaning the oven, cleaning the fridge, etc. Living room and other spaces Cleaning surfaces, organising furniture, vacuuming and mopping. Always checking that everything is dust free, clean, and smells good. For Airbnb cleanings, the usual process is that you collect the linen and cleaning products from a storage room, do the cleaning, and then return the products. This is an occasional job, but you can tell us which days you are available, and we organise the schedule based on that. Of course, the work must be done properly. Payments for each mission or clean depend on the size of the apartment and usually range from 70AUD to AUD 140AUD The time depends on you and your experience, and of course, if the work is done well, you will continue to receive more jobs.
