Handle cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions accurately. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Clean glassware and utensils, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support overall bar and venue operations. Manage bar opening and closing duties when required. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6–12 months preferred). A valid RSA certificate (essential). Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Desirable: Barista or coffee-making experience. Wine knowledge or barista training certification. Experience working in fast-paced bars, pubs, clubs, or hotel venues.
