Hi there - require 2 x Bartender/Mixologists to prepare cocktails (4 different types) and bubbles for between 30-40 people. Timing 5.30pm to 10.00pm. Bartender/Mixologist would need to be able to provide us with a list of quantities of what is needed for cocktails / syrups etc. Would be great if Bartender/Mixologists have own cocktail equipment and even better if plastic polycarb cocktail glassware, but if not okay.

Seeking one person to assist in setting up, serving and tidying up drinks & nibbles from 2:30-6:30. No cocktails, and guests encouraged to serve themselves. The real task is collecting cups (disposable & biodegradable) and packing down after service. Set up and pack down time included. We are also seeking a second person to operate a wood fire pizza oven (all prep done prior & equipment provided) for the same time period so if you have a friend or colleague you trust and enjoy working with, that would be ideal, but still v interested in individual candidates.
