PrePurchase Mechanical Inspection I’m looking for an experienced heavy vehicle/bus mechanic to inspect a Hino RG230 bus in Sydney before I purchase it. I’m currently in Sydney and need someone who can go over the bus thoroughly and give me an honest assessment of whether it is mechanically sound enough to drive from Sydney to Brisbane. Please check as much as possible, including: - Engine condition and starting/running - Oil, coolant and any signs of contamination - Radiator/cooling system - Turbo and intake system - Transmission and clutch - Brakes and air system - Steering and suspension - Diff/drive train - Wheel bearings, tyres and rims - Leaks underneath - Electrical system and batteries - Dash warning lights/fault codes - Exhaust/smoke - Any obvious structural/chassis issues - Signs of overheating If possible, I’d also like fault codes scanned, a road test and an inspection underneath the bus. The bus is advertised as “starts, runs, drives and stops”, but I want an independent opinion before handing over money. I can provide the exact location and arrange access with the seller. Please only apply if you have genuine experience with heavy vehicles, buses, Hino trucks/coaches or similar. I’d ideally like photos/videos of anything concerning and a quick written summary of what you find, including whether you would personally drive it from Sydney to Brisbane and what repairs you think it may need. Please quote your price

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection – Brisbane | Needed Today I’m looking to purchase a car today and need a thorough pre-purchase inspection on short notice. I’m considering a few private-sale cars throughout Brisbane. Once I’ve inspected a vehicle in person and decided I’m interested, I’ll need a qualified mechanic to attend the seller’s location and carry out a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection before I commit to buying, with the report ready for me to purchase the vehicle today. The inspection should include checks for: * Engine and transmission condition * Mechanical faults or issues * Oil/coolant leaks * Brakes and suspension * Steering and tyres * Electrical systems * Signs of previous accident damage or repairs * Any major upcoming repairs or expensive issues * Overall mechanical condition and whether the vehicle is worth purchasing I’d also like a written report or clear summary of any issues found, including anything that could affect the value, safety or reliability of the car. Important: Please only respond if you are a qualified mechanic or legitimate registered automotive inspection business with appropriate qualifications/experience and insurance. Please include your qualifications/business details, pricing and your availability today. I may need the inspection at short notice depending on which car I decide to proceed with.
