Hello! I’m looking for the right person that can help me build the walls and roof of in my Mitsubishi Express SWB van, including insulation. The floor laid and is good to go with draws. Looking for a simple but well done job, that feels cozy and will keep the heat/could out. If you're a handy carpenter, DIY builder or someone who has experience building a vans and takes pride in your work, I'd love to hear from you. I'm hoping to keep the budget reasonable, so a skilled handyman or home builder is absolutely welcome. I'm based in Ocean Shores area and working in the gold coast region. I'm flexible and happy to travel for the right person. Materials are not purchased yet, but I'm happy to buy everything needed beforehand. I'd appreciate advice on the right materials and quantities. You will need to have your own tools. I need to be able to sleep in the van on weekends and will going away 15-26th of July so preferably if it can be done before or after. If you've done similar work before, feel free to send me a few photos, a rough quote and we can organise a call to see if it’s a good fit for both of us :)

Building is empty and there are two rooms and a lobby entry that require painting. The hall is 10m x 7m, ceiling height is 5m. Only the walls are required to be painted in this room (ceiling and windowframes don't require painting) and we already have 15L of colour-matched paint. The second room is 7mx5m with a ceiling height of 3.8m. Walls and ceiling are required to be painted in this room, but not the trim. This room will be painted all one colour and as you can see from the images, painting started but was stopped as volunteers did not have the right equipment to properly paint. We have 15L of this paint for use as well. Lobby entry is 3.5mx3.5m with ceiling height of 5m. Only the walls require painting, and most of the room is made up of doorways. Unfortunately we don't have any images of this room, but can certainly meet you on site if you'd like to check all rooms before quoting.
