Duties include: •Setting up bar •Making cocktails/mocktails and pouring and serving drinks • Serving food to guests around the room • Refilling beer/champagne/softdrink bucket •Collecting used glasses & washing them ready to be used again • Light pack-down (taking rubbish to bin, putting glasses back in boxes, general tidying)

It's our wedding reception on 17th May. Drinks and platters starts from 5pm. Most drinks are pre set on the tables. I need someone efficient and experienced who can help me look after the bar - to give away beers, soft drinks, juices and scotch. If you know a vodka cocktail or 2 that would be very handy (we can discuss further on this). Start time - 5pm Finish time - 11 pm You will be on your own at the bat, but the kitchen and catering staff will be just around you. Bonus: we have a great Indian buffet for dinner and happy for you to help yourself for dinner when the bar is quiet.

We’re looking for friendly and reliable wait staff and bar staff to help out at a 21st birthday celebration in Sorrento on Friday, 7th June.
