SUBJECT | Reuse and repaint existing laser-cut panels; frosted film and retractable access screen I am refreshing an apartment veranda and would like to reuse as much of the existing decorative screening as possible. The objective is a cleaner, more spacious appearance with coordinated finishes, while preserving privacy and practical access. The existing bronze-coloured laser-cut panels are to be removed, inspected, prepared, repainted in an agreed timber-look or complementary finish where practical, and refixed in a revised arrangement. The existing vertical garden is to be removed. I would like a matching full-height decorative screen in that location, preferably using existing panels if their dimensions and condition permit. I also need privacy treatment on the lower glass sections and an operable screen at the far end of the veranda. This end screen must retract, slide, fold or open to allow regular access outside for weeding and maintenance; a permanently fixed panel is unsuitable. • Survey existing laser-cut panels and supports; identify which panels can be safely reused and how best to refix them without damaging the balustrade. • Allow for removal of existing panels and vertical garden, surface preparation, suitable exterior refinishing/repainting, and installation of reused panels; price any new matching panels separately. • Source and install suitable frosted privacy film to the lower glass sections, subject to glass type, film compatibility, exposure and warranty. • Propose and price a wind-appropriate retractable, sliding, folding or hinged privacy screen for the rear access point, with secure open and closed positions.

Existing return mid century staircase needs a single balustrade. First 3 images show current, last image is AI generated what I want. Steel rods that pass through the bottom tread and are secured. The rod then passes up past the upper steps and needs to be connected individually with a little bracket. Then a single timber handrail at the top. Then on the floor above, a 1 metre wide section fixed to the tile floor.
