Looking for an experienced draftsperson to prepare a small set of drawings/documentation in response to a council RFI for an existing home in Newport, Melbourne. If task can be done remotely without a site visit that would be preferable. The project involves relocating an existing front door from one wall of a small inset porch to the adjacent wall. The design is already resolved. This is not a design job or a full planning package. Council has requested: * a demolition plan, including elevations, clearly showing what is demolished and retained * details of the proposed replacement door a schedule of external materials and finishes within the porch area. Now attached to this task: * the council RFI (residential details blurred until task accepted) * porch and door measurements * a basic existing/proposed floor plan * detailed photographs * renders showing the proposed arrangement. Ideally I am looking for someone with previous experience preparing residential drawings for Victorian council/planning applications. Please include in your offer: * relevant Victorian planning/drafting experience * whether you can work from the information supplied or require a site visit * turnaround time Happy to consider quotes

Have a floor plan for a home, dont like the way its been laid out. As per vastu, mandir needs to be towards the back where the current living and dining are (so while praying we are facing west). Second option was where it is currently built) Things we would like to see in the plan: architect advised to remove soil from back and have retaining wall just towards the back north west boundary for a metre or so.. Bigger backyard Nice spacious well organised butlers. Study in bed 4 and 5 to face east while studying Space for grand piano Decent size living room Also we were thinking of a gaming or wellness room. (which we thought of converting bed 2) Preferred to have direct connetion between WIL and bath in masters upstairs. Kitchen benchtop we preferred horizontal rather than vertical the way is it now. Beds placement cant change as per the floor plan

Hi there, I need a qualified draftsperson or building designer to prepare a set of architectural/drafting plans for a new fibreglass swimming pool to be submitted for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) in NSW. What I will provide: - Existing certified Structural Engineering drawings for the pool shell. - Existing pool sections and plans to put within drawings - An old architectural site plan from when the house was built (showing general current property layouts). What I need from you (Scope of Work): - Site Plan: Showing property boundaries, existing house, proposed pool layout, setbacks and basic sediment control notes. - Detailed Pool Plan: Precise internal/external dimensions, coping levels, pool depths, and pump/filter equipment locations. - Cross-Sections: A minimum of 3 cross-section drawings showing depths, levels, and clearances. - Pool Safety Barrier Plan: Compliant fence and self-closing gate layout (AS 1926.1). - Landscape/Open Space Plan: Basic calculation check/hatching to show compliance with local landscaped area ratios. Requirements:Must have prior experience drafting plans for NSW CDC approvals (private certifiers). Deliverables must be provided in PDF format (and CAD file). Thank you all.

Interior Design & Styling Ideas I’m looking for an experienced interior designer/stylist to help me transform my home into a beautiful, expensive-looking and cohesive space without necessarily doing a full renovation. I’d love someone who can come through the home, understand the existing layout and finishes, and provide ideas for: * Furniture placement and styling * Colour palettes * Lighting * Wall art, mirrors and décor * Curtains/blinds * Rugs and soft furnishings * Styling pieces and finishing touches * Ways to make the home feel more luxurious, modern and high-end * Affordable alternatives where possible so I’m not overspending unnecessarily I’m open to changing furniture and décor and would love visual inspiration/mood boards and specific recommendations where possible. I’d initially like someone to come and assess the space and provide ideas and a quote for the design/styling work. Please let me know your experience, what you would include and your approximate pricing. I’m looking for someone with a really good eye for creating that high-end, designer-home look while still keeping the home comfortable and practical.
