I bought a 3D model online, but i have no idea on how animate it and export it with texture on a gltf/glb format. For the animation i only need 1. simple idle animation 2. Simple hand wave animation What i expect to get 1. glb file with the animation and texture 2. The updated blender file The animation doesnt need to be perfect. This is just a proof of concept. I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a professional 3D model of a building based on my existing floor plans and reference pictures of the design/aesthetic. The model should: Be built in a program such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or SketchUp (or another industry-standard program that can export to these formats). Accurately reflect the floor plans and design details. Be suitable for use in a professional submission/project. Ideally include the ability to generate a fly-through or walkthrough animation of the space. Requirements: Previous experience with architectural modelling. Ability to work from 2D floor plans and aesthetic references. Strong attention to detail and realism. (Optional) Ability to provide rendered images and/or an animation.
