Task description I’m looking for someone to model and 3D print 1–2 functional prototypes of a small plastic case roughly the size of a credit card. This is an early-stage concept prototype — appearance is not critical. Thinness and function are the priority. Key requirements: Overall size approx. 85.6 × 54 mm Total assembled thickness target: 3.0 mm (acceptable up to 3.2 mm max) Two flat plastic shells, glued-together I will do this) Internal small spool for dental floss mounted on a pin with light rotational resistance (not free-spinning) Spool includes a central hex hole so floss can be wound using an Allen key One exit slot for floss A simple floss retention feature near the exit slot (e.g. shallow notch or light friction feature to hold the floss end after cutting so it can be pulled again) A printed slot to accept a small fragment of a single-edge razor blade (I will install the blade myself — you are not supplying or fitting any blade) Other notes: PLA or PETG is fine Matte black preferred (dark charcoal acceptable) Finish quality not critical — this is a functional prototype No branding or text I already have a clear written brief with dimensions and can share it once we connect. Ideal for someone with experience in: Small functional parts Tight tolerances Product prototyping (not decorative prints) Please let me know: Your experience with thin parts What software you use Estimated turnaround time Cost per unit to fabricate
