I’m looking for a tax accountant to assist with my personal tax affairs and ongoing investment property strategy. My situation: * Currently own one investment property. * Own a second property which is currently my principal place of residence but will become an investment property next year. * Looking for advice around tax planning, depreciation, negative gearing, CGT implications, and structuring for future property purchases. * Planning to continue building a property portfolio, so I’m looking for someone who can provide ongoing advice rather than just annual tax returns. Additional requirement: * I work as airline cabin crew and receive aviation-specific allowances and tax-free payments on my payslips. I’d like someone who understands airline industry payroll, travel allowances, deductions, and how these interact with tax returns. Ideally looking for: * Registered tax agent/CPA. * Experience with Australian property investors. * Experience with aviation, airline, or travel industry employees. * Available for an initial consultation and ongoing support. This is not simply a tax return lodgement task. Description: I'm looking for an experienced Xero bookkeeper/accountant to assist with a comprehensive bank reconciliation and project cost allocation for my business. Scope of work: Full bank reconciliation in Xero from 1 July 2021 to present, across two accounts: Account 1: ~78 unreconciled items, balance difference of approximately $493,490 Account 2: ~3 unreconciled items, balance difference of approximately $10,780 Identify and resolve all discrepancies/unreconciled transactions Allocate income and costs to specific projects (multiple fixed-price projects active in 2025) to confirm true project profitability Match transactions to the correct project codes/tracking categories in Xero Format: Must be conducted via online video call (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) so I can explain which costs/income belong to which project Happy to answer questions throughout, and available for follow-up sessions if needed Requirements: Strong Xero experience, ideally with project tracking/job costing and large-scale reconciliations I would like the bank statment sincw 2021 till no to be mmatched completely with xero transactions. Timeline: Flexible, but keen to get started soon
