Looking for a reliable bookkeeper/admin person to help run the back office for a busy commercial construction and fitout business. We use Xero. Ongoing, part time role, 10-15 hours per week, flexible days. Tyabb VIC, remote or on site. What you'll do: • Invoicing and cash flow: same day invoicing on completed works, chasing progress claims, following up overdue accounts, reconciling payments in Xero • General bookkeeping: bank reconciliation, matching subcontractor invoices to purchase orders and job costs, keeping records tidy for tax time • Admin and paperwork: filing compliance documents, keeping subcontractor insurances and licenses current, general correspondence What we're after: experience with Xero, comfortable chasing payments and staying on top of deadlines without being reminded. Construction or trades experience is a bonus but not essential. Reliable and organised, someone who can just own this and run with it. Rate negotiable, happy to chat over the phone.
