Looking for an experienced registered Australian tax agent/accountant to prepare and lodge my FY2024/25 and FY2025/26 individual tax returns. My situation includes: * Property 1 – 50% ownership; owner-occupied until March 2025, then converted to an investment property * Property 2 – 50% ownership; investment property since purchase in November 2024 * Both properties are negatively geared, with rental income, mortgage interest, property management expenses, strata, depreciation and borrowing costs * PAYG employment income and various work-related expenses * FY25/26 vehicle purchased in July 2025 for $15,800, with approximately 60% work use, plus fuel, tolls, insurance, registration and other running-cost records * Software/subscriptions, phone/internet and WFH expenses Most records are already organised and reconciled. Looking for someone with strong investment-property and individual tax experience who can review my records, advise on the correct tax treatment, identify all deductions I’m legally entitled to claim, and lodge both returns. Please include your tax agent registration/qualifications, relevant experience and total fee for both returns.
