I am looking for an accountant who can review and, if necessary, amend my Australian tax returns TODAY for the following financial years: * 2023–2024 * 2024–2025 I have already left Australia permanently , and I would like to ensure that my tax returns have been correctly prepared based on my non-resident tax status and the applicable Australian tax rules. In particular, I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing the following areas: 1. Franked Dividends: Confirm whether any withholding tax applies to franked dividends received by non-residents. 2. Unfranked Dividends: Verify whether the correct 15% withholding tax has been applied under the relevant tax treaty. 3. Capital Gains from Australian Shares: Review the non-resident capital gains tax rules, particularly the Taxable Australian Property (TAP) rules, to determine whether any capital gains are subject to Australian tax. I am particularly concerned about my 2023–2024 tax return, as the filing deadline is only two days away. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritise reviewing this year’s return and advise whether any corrections or amendments are required as soon as possible. I would also like to have my 2024–2025 tax return reviewed to ensure that all investment income and capital gains have been correctly reported. Could you please let me know whether you are available to take on this matter urgently, your fees, and what documents you would need from me? Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
