Find an experienced basketball hoop system assembly pro in Newcastle

Hi, I started building this basketball system, don’t have time and patience finishing it atm. Would say roughly half done, the stand is built the basket and backplate are still to be attached. The basket and backplate are currently assembled but need to be disassembled again as I forgot to install a small plastic plate. Water needs to be filled in the stand. Probably done in 1 hour or 2 depending how handy you are.

I have assembled a Basketball hoop for my nephews. I have somehow done it incorrectly though and the height does not adjust. I still have the manual available however i don't have any tools or the know-how to fix the lever that adjusts the height.
