Went absolutely above and beyond. When there was a part missing for the basketball hoop, he went out of his way to contact the manufacturer to get it shipped. Made everything easy and I didn’t need to anything except play basketball with my kids once it was all set up (even cleaned up the backboard and sent the manual for me to have handy later).
