Find a professional suit tailor in VIC

I have a bathing suit crop top that I need replicated from an existing piece (that is no longer available) in chlorine-resistant and preferably brightly coloured swimming Lycra. I am in Sunshine West but also travel regularly to Moonee Ponds so anywhere in that area works.

I have 3 pairs of the same jeans in different colours, length is good but they have a frayed raw leg bottom - see pic. I’d like it hemmed up so it’s not frayed ends - see pic. Ideally with that denim look but open to discuss the cost difference. I also have 3 tracksuit pants and would like hemmed as they’re too long.
