Hire a trusted window cleaning service in Canberra

I need someone to wash the external windows for my four bedroom house. Would probably be best with a power hose. There’s decent access to taps the whole way around the house. It’s about 12 windows of various sizes.

Three tricky high windows and sills. Cleaning from the inside only needed. Windows are 4-5 metres up so long ladder needed.

We are keen to get someone in to give all of our windows/doors a good clean as well as a general clean across the outside of the house (removal of spider webs, clean verandah, etc). The main task would be cleaning windows/sliding doors and sliding door tracks. There are approx. 5 sliding doors and 5 main windows. The screen doors tend to be a bit fiddly/come off their tracks so you'd need to be handy with getting those back into place. Great if you have your own gear for the job. We have some basics. Job would need to be completed between 9 and 6 on either a Monday or Friday (not a public holiday).

The external surrounds to the aluminium window to the upstairs bedroom needs to be properly sealed. The height for the external window is approximately 5-7meters.

Large house containing windows and three sliding glass doors. Step ladder available for three windows above ground level.

Cleaning of a wrap around balcony and the windows (floor the ceiling windows all the way around). Removal of cobwebs and a lot of spiders. Ideally killing them so they don’t come back.

I have doors to my balcony but no fly creens. I’m interested in seeing if it would be possible to fit retractable screens

Small balcony on high rise building, I don’t have a tap on the balcony but I do have a hose connector on my laundry tap that can be used (which it has been used before for this purpose). The concrete is dirty, two sliding doors need a good clean as well and get rid of cobwebs/spiders/bugs accumulated over time.
