Find a professional programmer in Newcastle

I am a personal trainer. I have a program template I’d like to make that is standard and doesn’t change format when uploaded to different places. I’m moving over to putting all my files/clients programs on google docs as I recently just bought a iMac where my previous laptop had Microsoft so a little different the way it works. I’m not sure what needs to be done. But I’d like something that is exactly like my design though doesn’t change and all I have to do is add in the exercises etc The photos attached are how they have changed with the writing down the bottom. Should just be all one page with writing up the top. Not sure if a PDF or something is better, this all confuses me

We are looking for a narrator for our training program, that is under development at the University of Newcastle. The training program is aimed towards military personnel. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has a strong, commanding demeanor and a voice that might suit a sergeant-type person in charge of training recruits. The voice needs to be calm and authoritative. Please message for more details. Auditions will be required.
