Needing our Chinese elm trimmed down to stop it sitting over our neighbours fence, and then pruned right back on our boundary

We're looking to remove excessive palm fronds and branches that hang into our courtyard. There's also an existing pile of trimmed palm fronds that we need to have taken away. It took me 15 minutes to do the palms out front, so I'd estimate 30 to 45 minutes to complete this.

Two trees in my townhouse courtyard require pruning. The branches are not very thick. I'd like the branches removed to be cut into lengths I can dispose of in a commercial bin. I estimate the job would take about 30 mins.
