I need an experienced person to remove a large date palm tree stump and root ball from my backyard. Important details: * Pool has been removed, so there is now side access to the stump and root ball. * No machinery/excavator access – this job must be completed by hand using chainsaw, reciprocating saw, axe, mattock or similar tools. * Stump is approximately 1 metre+ in diameter with a substantial root mass. * Most of the surrounding soil has already been excavated, exposing the sides and many of the roots. Looking for someone with specific experience removing large palm stumps, as date palms are notoriously difficult and fibrous. * Please include details of your experience and the tools you plan to use. * Removal and disposal of all stump and root material preferred, but happy to discuss.

Looking to have the palm tree in the attached photos removed. It's approximately 5 m high. A few things to note: - There are reticulation pipes close to the base, so care will need to be taken to avoid any damage. - Please include green waste removal and disposal in your quote. Ideally, I'd like the tree removed completely, including the stump, so nothing is left sticking out above ground. If full stump removal isn't possible, please let me know what can be done. - Easy access and located in Cockburn Central. The tree is at the front of the house, almost on the verge.
