Require an Arborist to assess a large tree at our investment property and advise if it can be dangerous to the property especially during strong winds. Penrith council said it will need assessment, and if a certified arborist considers it dangerous then no approval is needed to remove it. We are looking for an arborist to prune and remove few trees in our GF apartment courtyard in Parramatta. Scope of works: - Remove 2x (approx. 5m) trees including stump - Prune 1x (approx 5m) tree and clear from vines from the adjacent tree. - Waste disposal offsite, with green bins. Entrance from small street in front of the apartment through living room and bedroom. We'd like someone who has an arborist license, works insurance and proper tools.
