Maggie did an excellent job waitresssing for my wedding. She had a wonderful vibe about her; confident and kind. She was punctual, well dressed and polite. Maggie arrived ontime just after our reception and before I even got a chance to give her direction she had settled herself behind the bar pouring our guests glasses of champagne and offering her assistance. Maggie eased into things straight away I was so impressed! Maggie assisted our head chef in various tasks and food prep. She was proactive in cleaning away used dishes and washing drinking glasses for reuse. Maggie was confident at serving food and alcoholic beverages to our guests. I couldn't recommend her enough. Maggie, you're a gem! Thank you for a wonderful, stress free night x

Stephen was punctual on time and worked solidly throughout the evening. He cooked our seafood dinner on the BBQ & served drinks for our 25 guests with one assistant. Overall we were very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him & ask him back if we were to have another similar function .

I can't praise Debbie enough for the amazing job she did as wait staff for our private party. Debbie came on a day prior to the event to check on what we wanted and make sure she knew where things were kept and then arrived half an hour early on the night. I was able to relax and enjoy the time with our guests as Debbie seamlessly plated and served the pre-prepared food, served drinks, checked whether guests needed anything and even remembered specific dietary requirements of individual guests. Debbie was friendly but not overly familiar with party guests, and many people commented on her professionalism. and attention to detail. Debbie then cleaned up in the kitchen, washed glasses, removed rubbish and was just a fabulous help. She anticipated what needed to be done and just did it. It's the most relaxed time I have ever had at a party I was hosting, and I will most definitely have her again. This was money very well spent. I can't recommend her highly enough! Thanks Debbie!
